Terms of Service

1. The Service

Kipy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a web-based hotel operations platform (“Service”) that helps internal hotel teams manage housekeeping, maintenance, planning, and communication. The Service is available at kipyapp.com.

2. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. No credit card is required for the trial.

4. Plans and pricing

• Basic: €29/month — up to 40 rooms.
• Pro: €59/month — up to 120 rooms.

Prices are in Euros (EUR) and are billed monthly or annually. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can update your payment method through Stripe.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Upload malicious content or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kipy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable local jurisdiction of our registered address. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
